Ada Lovelace between Romanticism and Mathematics
In the beginning I could hardly begin with the name Ada Lovelace. A woman at the beginning of modernity - I've often read that. Or: The first programmer. I needed to get to know her better. And the more I learned about her, the more I realized that this woman must have had several faces. Behind the mathematical facade, there was something mysterious and crazy about her. My booklet wants to depict her torn personality with the contrasting colors red and blue.
Special about this project
Each illustration was created by myself with the help of various craft techniques such as drawings, photographs, linoleum and acetone transfer printing.
